Diwali is one of the biggest festivals in India.  Diwali symbolism the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. 
 we celebrate Diwali with crackers and 'TASTY FOOD'. 
TASTY FOOD? yes, it is.
but it is healthy? 

So today we are discussing some typical food that we mostly take on Diwali:-

There are various varieties of sweets like laddoo, halwa, kheer, and popular Diwali sweets like gulab jamun, Kaju katli, boondi ladoo, suji halwa, etc...

During this occasion make sweet at home, rather than buying from outside and share it with family, friends, and loved ones.

Sweets have a lot of sugar. if you take too much that can harm your body for a long time.
and please don't buy sweets from outside. you really don't know what you really eat.

Solution :

It is better for to you make sweets in your home. because this is healthy to some extent.
but it also has sugar. 

The best way to stay healthy is to avoid sugar and sweets. not too much but yes, if you take more or more sweets and sugar it can be harmful to your body. 

so guys stay healthy and stay fit on this Diwali.

Coffee is grown in more than 50 countries, all of the world.

Coffee is introduce by 15th century.

     Coffee can be good for your health:

Coffee is good for your liver and may lower risk of heart attacks, and off the risk of colon cancer.

If someone who drinks coffee daily - can cut post gym muscle pain. 

People who drink coffee before sitting down to work at a computer had less shoulder pain and neck pain.

If you are going to GYM daily, so you have to take the coffee before your workout.

people who take the before the GYM , are more active and doing more intense workout in the gym.

Coffee helps you boost up your body. then you more lift and doing more intense workout.
        

    Coffee can be not good for your health:


Some expert are advise avoiding coffee for 6 hours before bedtime since the effects of coffee can last hours.
Some people had take the to much doses of coffee, it can be harm your health and effect your immunity system. 
Coffee is good for your heath if you take the proper way. 


    A good time of taking a coffee:


Generally i believe taking a coffee of one time is good for your health , but if you are a GYM guy and also doing a job, so i suggest you to take a coffee of two times.

First off all whatever you are , if your are a gym guy or a office worker.

First you need to take the fresh water, A fresh water can activate your internal body system without some of harm. 

For gym guys you have to take a coffee before your workout.

And if you are gym guy and a office worker you can take a coffee of two times, before your gym and day time when you doing your work.
